John F. Curry

John Curry moved to the United States in 2004. Working for several large law firms until 2013, John has experience in all aspects of real estate - commercial, residential, investment, and retail. From 2013 to 2017, John was general counsel with Mountain Real Estate Capital, a leading private capital source for real estate developers, builders and operators seeking to enhance value in their existing projects or to take advantage of new opportunities. 

Seeking a way to combine his network of business and finance contacts with his legal experience in structuring complicated deals, John founded Aisling Real Estate Services as a way to provide capital solutions for builders and developers, while providing investors and capital providers access to a vibrant pipeline of high performing transactions with excellent risk adjusted returns. 

John is lucky to be the father to two beautiful daughters. A native of Ireland, John is passionate about music, movies, college basketball and gaelic football. Storytelling is in his blood, as is a love of land and property, as anyone who has ever seen The Field would understand.
